Why didn't it beep?

First, read the post before this one (it's called "I regret NOTHING"). 

Now I'll tell you about my funny incident this afternoon.

It started off quite good with me buying the lipbalm of my dreams. I have been in love with the smell of a series of body and hand lotion and now they had the same smell in lipbalm! It's called "I love... strawberries & milkshake". Okay now I got sidetracked... Anyhow, Eli and I were walking through a store trying on different hats that we found on our way. Suddenly I spot a very tacky bag, so as a joke I pick it up to show it to Eli. But then I forgot to show it to Eli, and then forgot that I was holding it at all. As a result of this, when we left the store I walked out with the handbag on my arm, as casual as ever. And the freakiest thing happened: no one noticed, not even us! After one or two minutes we did though, so we went back to the store and returned the bag to its rightful place. The thing is that when we left the store with the bag, it didn't start to beep. And no cashier said anything either.

Ah well, happy days for me this week. I've had a lot to do today and I haven't got a favourite song of today, but Eli probably does. So without further explanation, I just wish you all a good night!
